Join a small growing company based in Napier and become an integral part of our dynamic team. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Administrator to support our management team to ensure smooth administrative day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in administration, accounting systems, HR, and information management

  • Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Word and Excel

  • Familiarity with construction software such as Procore (preferred, but not essential)

  • Attention to detail is paramount

  • Experience with Xero accounting software and Payroll (or similar)

  • Knowledge of fleet management including Navman for fleet tracking (preferred but not essential)

  • A positive can-do attitude

  • Legal eligibility to work and live in New Zealand

Responsibilities:

As our Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, working closely with our management team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing general office tasks, including record keeping and data entry

  • Support project claims and cost management

  • Assisting with team induction and onboarding processes

  • Coordinating payroll and employee records

  • Collaborating with the Health and Safety Manager to maintain a safe workplace

  • Fleet management including utilising Navman for tracking and reporting

  • Support equipment maintenance activities

  • Support ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 systems

  • Assist with management of office and yard areas

  • Supporting team management activities

  • Utilizing Xero for accounting tasks and financial record-keeping

  • Utilising Office 365 for a range of activities

  • Supporting project management with construction software, such as Procore as needed

  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are performed accurately and efficiently
